Begin the Pre-Approval Process

We'll work together to gather the necessary information and documents needed for me to review and get you ACCURATELY pre-approved for a mortgage. Once pre-approved, we will go over the numbers together so that you know the details of everything involved.

HOUSE HUNTING BEGINS!

If you're working with a real estate agent already, I'll will let them know you're pre-approved and send them your pre-approval letter. If you don't have an agent, you can leverage our network of preferred and highly qualified agents in the area you're buying in.

UNDERWRITING & LOAN PROCESSING

Once you've found your home and your offer has been accepted by the seller, the underwriting process will begin. This includes provide any additional documentation needed for the loan to be 100% approved along with getting an appraisal, and more! As a trusted mortgage professional, I like to think ahead of the underwriters so that I know what they need and what they're looking for.

CLEAR TO CLOSE!

Once underwriting has cleared all of the outstanding items, we will be in the Clear to Close status. This means closing day can be scheduled where everyone signs, you get the keys to your new home!

ABOUT WHO I AM

I’m a proud Houston, Texas native and graduate from the University of Houston where I earned a degree in Finance. I started my career as an analyst for a real estate firm focused in multifamily investing and property management. My responsibilities included working with property management, lenders, servicers, investors, and equity partners, as well as handling acquisitions, revenue management, and financial analysis for a growing portfolio with a valuation over $650MM.

This experience instilled the passion I have for real estate and finance but I still desired to make a more personal impact so, I transitioned to mortgage lending where I've been able to combine my expertise and help people achieve homeownership.


I work with buyers of all types all over Texas and there’s nothing more fulfilling than guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Something I’m proud to say is - because of the way we operate and the experience I bring, I've been able to help many individuals that almost lost an opportunity at homeownership for various reasons close on their home. My primary goal is to make homeownership achievable whether that's figuring the numbers out or making a customized game plan.
